The brief
Two Boca Raton agents wanted a site that matched the homes they sell, worked on a phone, and turned visitors into leads.
My role
I designed the look (palette, type and layout for luxury and coastal listings), built it on WordPress with custom listing templates and their real estate database connected so new listings appear automatically, set a clear path from the home page to a listing to a showing request, and trained them to manage it.
